how to design a floor plan after a new full dormer

I am about to put a full front dormer on my small cape (28'x25'). The rear is already dormered. I currently have two bedrooms & a full bath up there. I'm trying to find resources or advice on how to layout a new floor plan. The bathromm must remain as is and I am looking to add a third bedroom but want to make sure I make the most of the space before framing walls & closets. It will basically be a square so I assume I don't have many options but would hate to say after the fact that I should have put the closet on the other wall. I can't visualize it & can't find any floor plan templates. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks, Jill
