cracked grout in new tile installation

The grout is cracking in our brand new tub walls (3 days old-we haven't used the shower yet!). It's especially bad at the vertical corners and at the junction of the tub and wall.

Was there a problem with the grout? Should all the grout should be removed and re-installed? How should we repair? At the corners, should we remove the grout and use caulk, or can we apply caulk over the crack?

Thank you.
