I HAVE NOTICED THAT MY HOUSE IS SAGGING IN THE MIDDLE. THE STRUCTURE IS APPROX 55 YEARS OLD. I AM PLANNING TO GET IN THE CRAWL SPACE AND USE A HYDRO JACK TO BRING THE FLOOR TO THE RIGHT LEVEL THEN BUILD CONCRETE BLOCK PIERS UNDER THE FLOOR JOISTS TO HOLD THAT POSITION. I LIVE IN NC, IN AN AREA THAT IS REALITY DRY AND UNDER THE HOUSE SEEMS TO BE DRY. ANY INFORMATION OR WARNING ABOUT WHAT I'M GOING TO BE TRYING WOULD BE USEFUL.
