Costs to Replace Partial Foundation

We recently purchased an older home (1964) in central California on a raised foundation that has a 14' horizontal crack (up to 1/2" wide) along the perimeter foundation. The crack is most likely from expansive soils since soil testing in the immediate area resulted in a 72 clay/sand rating. A structural engineer recommended replacing a 16' section of this foundation.

Assuming that all activities to remediate the soil problem are utilized, what would the approximate costs be to replace the damaged foundation including surrounding structures (i.e., stucco)?
