Please! Please! Please! We have 30-40 year old carpet squares in our guest room. We've lived here for three years and it's time for them to go! I've spent the last day pulling up squares of what must have once been olive and gold flowered carpet off the floor. Below the carpet is a strange foam backing. This is glued to the fir floor beneath. I've been scraping the foam from the floor with an ICE SCRAPER. (I used this unlikely tool in hopes of limiting the damage I might do th the floor below. Honestly I'm not a crazy person!) The adhesive remains. Emblazened in the adhesive is a ghost of a name-that name, can you guess? That name is gnortsmrA!! Please help!!! Thanks! Joy Gates
