I believe I might have a problem with the earth settling under my concrete slab foundation. I'm noticing small cracking on interior walls. Baseboards are separating where they meet in the corners. Outside block walls separating from where they meet to the home exterior wall. Exterior door frames no longer plumb. Exterior doors not sealing with the door frames the way they used to. My questions to you are: What do you feel is the reason for this problem. Whom my I contact to get an inspection to correct this problem. Does homeowners insurance typically cover this type of problem. Thank you for your time.
