Dear Sir:

The house has a problem of a long-term leaking toilet in the upstairs bathroom. It caused some damage to the kitchen ceiling and cupboard. The tiling floor is uneven, is it a possible cause of the leaking? And can the leaking damage the subfloor, the house structure, termites, external sidings boards? Thanks. Timothy
