what kind of price should i expect to fix two holes in a closet ceiling and rebuild the attic access which was broken. It was just a framed opening that had no support..I want to add framed support between joists to add strength. it will take approx 3 square feet of 1/2 sheetrock, taping and floating and texturing and new paint for the entire ceiling. this closet is approx 8'x20' also this will all have to be dropped off during work because there are too many clothes to be moved out...i just need a figure on general cost.
