Re: Replacement for Color-Lok Siding?

There are some excellent cement-fiber products on the market, such as those made by James Hardie (Hardiplank). However, the design and size of these products are different than your existing Masonite product. If you can't locate any remaining Colorlok siding, you may need to take a sample to a lumberyard to have it custom milled to your specifications out of cedar or some other similar material. Again, have you tried contacting Masonite to determine where you might be able to find some left over material? We realize this is a frustrating process. Perhaps our readers can let us know if they're aware of any source for obsolete siding. Builders Websource.
