Can't find a serial # on my windows. These windows are 15 to 20 years old. I can't seem to take out the screens for cleaning. I know that they are double hung. Please write back w/ information reguarding this. Also I was wondering if you can give me an idea where I can locate parts for repairing purposes. Thank you, Ryan
