I have 4 (2)2x10x12'beams supporting a 12'x20' 2nd story deck. The deck extends out from the house 12'to 3 6x6 wood posts. One end of the beams are attached at the posts and the other ends are supported by double joist hangers screwed into a masonary wall. The wall is 4" solid brick backed by an 8" block wall. The top course of cement block are solid. Above that is the rim joist with basement joists runing perpendicular to it. The joist hangers are LUS210 type. I would like to replace the hangers with heavy duty type beam hangers. Is it possible to obtain hangers than can be attached to the rim joist and extend down to the brick and attached there also? How would they be correctly secured to the masonary wall? Where can I obtain such an item? Also, the top of the beams are level with the wood seal plate. Thanks
