Hi, I'm comtemplating a relatively small remodeling project to open up the walls between kitching/dining/living room. One wall is load bearing so I'll need to get an analysis done. This is 1st floor of a 2 story house. Any thoughts as to what the engineering work will cost? Want to know what to expect, couple hundred or more than $1K? Regards, MR
