Season-All has been out of business for years. They were in PA -- Washington, PA if memory serves me. I would look in the yellow pages for someone to replace the insulating glass unit. They will charge you by the square foot for the glass plus a fee to hack out and replace the unit. There should be plenty of people in the book that do this kind of work. Check Home Depot or Lowes for the latch. Most of them are generic. If not, try another brand of window latch -- they usually are similar except for the name cast into the top.
