I have a lot that I want to build a house on. Two story with 3-car garage. The lot is about a third acre and is heavily sloped with alot of relief. Highest west to east. Instead of moving hundreds of yards of dirt to level it off above the floodstage - I want to use cinder blocks below the slab. Any suggestions on cost savings and design techniques? Thanks!
