Calculating constant/live load for a hot tub

I am installing a hot tub and need to know how to figure the constant/live load. It's 7 1/2 x 71/ feet and the wet weight is 4200 pounds. It will hold 8. It is above the ground and I would also like to know how many 6x6 support columns I will need.
