i got cheap on our new house and put sheetrock up with no insulation as garage was not going to have heat i live in mn. someone has told me that there will be a condensation problem in the winter when the sun warms up the outer wall. this they said will cause condensation in the cavity between outer wall and the inner wall. is this true?
