Problem with Air Conditioner Contractor

I hired a contractor to move the location of my two air conditioning condensors (one 3 ton for the upstairs and one 4 ton for the downstairs). They moved them but hook them up incorrectly. They switched them and hooked the wrong condensors to the wrong units. I discovered the problem when I turned on the downstairs unit and nothing happened. I found the 3 ton condensor frozen outside. My question is: They will come out and fix it, but is there damage to the units or condensors I should be concerned about. How should I proceed so as not to get ripped off?
