I have Thermal Gard Replacement Windows (manufactured by Season-All). If you live in the Dayton/Cincinnati area and these are the Thermal Gard windows that I think they are, the company went out of business. However, you need to check this for yourself. When windows have a lifetime warranty it doesn't mean anything if the company that manufactures them decides to fold up shop. The warranty is null and void and completely useless at that point. So, beware of lifetime warranties. If you are in Dayton/Cincinnati and need some parts or repairs done on the windows, I would recomment http://www.pickenswindowparts.com They have just about every part you'd need. I've fixed my own Thermal Gard windows with parts from them. Good Luck. GB
