you could do it yourself and save thousands. it requires minimum tools, and supplies. you will need new bricks, or 4x8 treated lumber, and a large house jack. began on the side that has the most settleing, and work to the side with the least. be sure to check your doors and windows for operation. if they began to stick you will need to let refit and shim them accordingly. let the house sit on the 4x8's for 3-6 months, then go back, and put permenant 12x12x2, or 12x12x4 footings.
