We live in Florida and where lucky to get 2 hurricanes back to back. Our home has to be 95% gutted/mold treated due to water damage. Additionally, the roof has to be replaced. I have taken on many of these tasks since I am currently laid off due to the hurricanes. The insurance adjusted just called me and I have major concerns here with what he is saying they will be paying us. I can not even find a contractor to provide and estimate as all are concentrating on roofs. I thought that I could find a good software program that would allow me to estimate the cost of material & labor to see if what the insurance company says is close to what it really is. I there someone out there that could refer me to a good (not highly expensive) program that I can calculate material/labor costs? Any other suggestions are open and welcome. Thanks, Robert
