Seals on our thermalguard windows

We have four windows that need the seals replaced for the second time. The windows look awful. We have tried to contact Thermalguard of Ohio who replaced our windows. We did this one other time and the seals did not last long before they were filled with moisture again. We would like very much to have the seals replaced so the windows look nice again. We do not have this problem with the other 18 windows we had replaced at the same time.
