Around 10 years ago, I paid 10,000 for three thermal guard windows plus one bay window. They were supposedly guaranted for life. five years ago I started having trouble with my bay window inb etween the seal of two panels water and moisture fogs them up and they look awful. I started calling the phone number they left me just to be told the number is no longer in service. Recently I called best Glass they ordered new glass to replace my windows today they came out and were unable to do the work because they found out the glass window is awhole unit in the frame and cant be replaced without the whole unit being replaced, can you help me ? I guess I have to get intouch with someone else. Thank-you
