Own 80 year old frame one story house in Indiana. The center beam is rotten and the 4x4 braces seem to be rotten at the floor and caused a 2" sag if the floor above. Bought a bounch of steel jacks to rebrace the beam can't figure out how to replace the rotten beam. The place is in Knox Indiana does anybody know af a local contractor who does this type of work. I would really appreciate a response.
